We collect personal information when you purchase a ticket or sign up for e-newsletters via either our website, or the website, call centre or box office of the organisation contracted to sell our tickets. This is stored in our customer relationship management database. If you purchase tickets, you will be required to disclose your name, phone number, mailing address and other personal identifying information. We require this information so that tickets can be posted, and also so that we can contact you if there are changes which may affect you or to provide you with more information. We do not store/collect credit card details.
You can browse our website anonymously. We do not collect any identifiable information about you on our website unless you choose to give it to us. We analyse non-identifiable web traffic data for statistical purposes, but we do not personally identify users.
